Customer disclosures

Intelia service terms in plain language.

Intelia provides and manages your communications service using approved network and infrastructure partners. Customer screens keep provider details, internal references and commercial arrangements out of ordinary workflows unless a legal disclosure requires them.

BRAND RELATIONSHIP

Intelia manages the service

Required

Intelia provides your account, checkout, dashboard, billing, support and service management experience. Approved network and infrastructure partners may help deliver the underlying communications service.

NUMBERING

Numbering and availability

Required

Telephone numbers remain subject to availability, identity checks, lawful use, regulatory duties, porting rules and network approval.

BILLING

One Intelia bill

Required

You pay Intelia for the retail plan, agreed usage, allowances, storage, recordings, renewals and any accepted overage. Your price does not change because partner free allowances change.

COMPLIANCE

Verification may be required

Required

Intelia may ask for identity, business, address or authority documents before activating, changing, porting or continuing a communications service.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation and porting

Required

Cancellation, add-on removal and port-out requests can affect numbers, recordings, stored data, billing dates, final charges and service access.

RECORDING

Call recording responsibility

Required

Recording features should be enabled only when your organisation has a lawful reason, caller notice, retention settings and access controls in place.

SERVICE OPERATION

Managed service operations

Notice

Intelia handles ordering, activation, routing, service changes, recovery and support from the Intelia workspace, while some actions may require partner review or network approval.
